Tenant Tracker PH collects only the information you voluntarily provide, including landlord account details (email, password), tenant information (name, contact number, valid ID type), unit and lease details, utility readings, payment records, and photos you upload.
Your data is used solely to provide the Tenant Tracker PH service — tracking rent, utilities, and tenant records. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is securely stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL), which is hosted on servers with industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit). Access is restricted to your authenticated account only.
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Google Play for subscription billing, and Vercel for app hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels.
You may delete all your data at any time from the Account tab → Developer section → "Delete All My Data". Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated records from our servers within 30 days.
Tenant Tracker PH is intended for landlords and property managers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
